Mounir is a Real Estate Investor with over 5 years of industry experience. Mounir has a passion for identifying great real estate opportunities for himself and his clients. Through leveraging his team’s diverse set of skills, he’s helped his investors build a resilient portfolio of properties that are well managed, produce a sustainable monthly income, and are geared to generate long term wealth. Outside of growing his personal portfolio of real estate, he has worked with several real estate investors to (1) underwrite over $300 million of new development projects, (2) complete over $110 million in real estate funding, and (3) guide 9-figure investors towards their long-term investment goals. Mounir has an undergraduate degree in business and a master’s degree in finance. When he’s not focused on the next investment opportunity, you can find Mounir on the Jiu-Jitsu mats or at the soccer field.
