Through my company, MB Investments, I focus on small-scale single-family homes. Collaborating with like-minded investors, MB Investments frequently enters joint venture agreements where I serve as an active partner in every project.

My role centers around the acquisition process—sourcing high-potential properties, underwriting opportunities to determine target purchase prices, negotiating deals with sellers, and securing financing through lenders and investors.
